RETURNS
We accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@navabella.com to obtain a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange, contact us at exchanges@navabella.com for approval.

If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.
DAMAGES & DEFECTS
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@navabella.com within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

Product discoloration is a natural occurrence due to the interaction between soy wax and fragrance oils. This does not affect product performance and is not considered a defect.
We reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund that does not meet our policy criteria.
