SHIPPING POLICY
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping (5-7 business days) on all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Shipping times for expedited orders vary based on the selected method and destination.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery. NAVABELLA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States only.
UNDELIVERABLE OR LOST PACKAGES
If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please check with your local carrier and neighbors before contacting us. NAVABELLA, LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages under any circumstances. However, we will assist in providing relevant shipping details for filing a claim with the carrier.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an address error is identified, please contact us immediately at support@navabella.com.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAVABELLA disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from shipping, including but not limited to delivery delays, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect address submissions by the customer. Our maximum liability, if any, is limited to the original purchase price of the affected item(s).
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
